Assets are usually separate image files: animation, video, audio, picture, etc. Each holding a single visual element and ready to be implemented in the app or website.

Icons are plain black vector images exported to PDF format because their size is not fixed. Graphics are bitmaps in PNG format because using PDF requires larger batches and the need to convert them to PNG.
